New evidence points to a previously unknown culprit in the
world’s alarming obesity levels: “Obesogens”

Published evidence has shown that diet and activity level are not the only factors in the rise of obesity that has been seen in the last 100 years. Toxins invading every aspect of modern life act as chemical ‘obesogens’ that may alter human metabolism and predispose some people to gain weight. Fetal and early-life exposures to certain obesogens may alter some individuals’ metabolism and fat-cell makeup for life. Other obesogenic effects are linked to adulthood exposures.

“It seems clear that to win the battle against obesity, eliminating our exposure and
body burden of toxic obesogens must be our first step.” - Dr. Stewart Lonky

Trim Science - Chocolate, Coffee & Matcha

AVINI Health’s scientists have the solution with our new product TrimScience™!

How does TrimScience™ Work?

The ingredients of TrimScience™ aid in weight management by burning fat (thermogenesis), blocking carbohydrate absorption (alpha-amylase inhibition), preventing the creation of new fat (lipid biosynthesis), appetite suppression (satiety) and systemic detoxification, including removal of obesogens.

Other ingredients make weight management easier by preventing the jitteriness usually experienced by coffee drinkers and aiding in mood enhancement to give users a feeling of well-being. All of these together make for a unique weight management and detoxification experience.

What makes up the Proprietary Botanical Blend in the TrimScience™ products?

Guarana Seed Extract

Guarana Seed Extract: a healthy source of natural caffeine that promotes energy, thermogenesis (fat burning) and focus.

N-Acetyl-L-Carnitine

N-Acetyl-L-Carnitine: a natural amino acid that aids in the transport of fats into the mitochondria where they can be ‘burned’ for energy. It can cross the blood brain barrier and has been shown to improve cognitive function and focus.

Citrulline

Citrulline: a natural amino acid that aids in blood sugar utilization and promotes healthy circulation.

Phaseolamin

Phaseolamin: an extract from white kidney beans that blocks the function of alpha-amylase: an enzyme that normally breaks down carbohydrates in the digestive tract; thus acting as a ‘carb blocker’. This reduces the caloric intake of carbohydrates as well as stabilizing blood sugar levels.

Garcinia Cambogia

Garcinia Cambogia: has been used in weight loss products for decades. It contains HCA (Hydroxy Citric Acid) which prevents the body from creating new fat, thus acting as a ‘fat blocker’.

Notoginseng Extract

Notoginseng Extract: a natural extract clinically found to manage fat burning (lipolysis) and fat production (adipogenesis) in the body; leading to reduced production and deposition of body fat.

Ginseng Extract

Ginseng Extract: a natural adaptogen that helps reduce stress, increase energy and stabilize blood sugar levels.

Zeolite

Zeolite: AVINI’S micronized and activated clinoptilolite zeolite to aid in the removal of toxins and heavy metals; thus potentially reducing obesogens to result in healthier weight loss.

Mucuna Pruriens Extract

Mucuna Pruriens Extract: a natural legume that is high in the neurotransmitter L-Dopa as well as trace amounts of serotonin. This has shown to clinically promote satiety and appetite suppression.

Lions Mane Mushroom

Lions Mane Mushroom: a mushroom that has been clinically proven to act as an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and to improve insulin sensitivity – leading to reduce blood sugar levels.

Green Tea Extract

Green Tea Extract: a healthy source of caffeine for thermogenesis as well as powerful antioxidants (ECGC): Green tea extract has been clinically shown to aid in healthy weight management and heart health.

Breviscapine Extract

Breviscapine Extract: a natural extract historically used to promote healthy circulation and mental focus.

GABA

GABA: a neurotransmitter that blocks impulses between nerve cells in the brain. It helps to provide mental focus and reduces the ‘jitteriness’ normally created by weight loss products.

No Token Ingredients!

All of the ingredients in TrimScience™ are at levels equal to those in the studies that prove its effectiveness.

When should I use TrimScience™?

TrimScience can be used any time that you would normally drink a cup of coffee, Matcha tea or cocoa. To maximize the benefits, it’s best to drink TrimScience around meal times.

Toxic Metals Test

A Detox Case Study With Amazing Results

Toxic Metals Test

GREETINGS

In 2010 I began a toxic metals detox program with an Integrative Medicine physician using IV Chelation. After 4 sessions I was given a "URINE TOXIC METALS" test kit. After 6 hours of urine collection I sent in a sample. When the results came back it was similar to the October 4 2020 test that you see below. Lead and Mercury were off the scale.

I kept up this routine usually once a year for 9 more years of Chelation sessions. Each episode came back with the same results for Mercury and Lead.

Last December a friend of my wife told her about a detox program that had promising potential to give me some positive results. So we ordered some and I started taking it.

After about a two week period of taking this product I collected a urine sample and sent it in January 3. 2023. The results came in on January 10.....check them out on the second test below.
Mercury and Lead, my biggest concern were down in the “green range”. Some of the metals in the Oct.4 test didn’t even show up.

Ask me if I am relieved and truly grateful... I have got to share this. So if you want to know about this amazing process, (it is so simple) let me know!

The Effects of Hormones in Dairy Milk on Cancer

The Effects of Hormones in Dairy Milk on Cancer

The Effects of Hormones in Dairy Milk on Cancer

The Effects of Hormones in Dairy Milk on Cancer

Natural estrogens are up to 100,000 times more potent than the synthetics that have estrogen mimicking properties. Where are these potent natural estrogens? You can find them in milk.

Most of the focus has been on synthetic chemicals found in pesticides, plastics and sunscreens that have estrogenic effects, with some activists suggesting that these are responsible for our “epidemic of cancer.” The fact is that there is no such epidemic, although there is some evidence that the hormone related cancers have increased somewhat. And that may be due to increased environmental hormone exposure, but not necessarily from synthetic chemicals. Natural estrogens are up to 100,000 times more potent than the synthetics that have estrogen mimicking properties. Where are these potent natural estrogens? You can find them in milk. If we are looking for a hormone-cancer connection, why not look at dairy products? They make a very significant contribution to our hormone intake and epidemiological studies suggest a link with some cancers. In men aged 20 to 39 milk and cheese consumption correlate strongly with the incidence of testicular cancer. In countries where dairy is rarely consumed, Algeria being an example, testicular cancer is rare, while in Denmark and Switzerland, where cheese is eaten in abundance, testicular cancer rates are high. In Japan, prostate cancer was almost non-existent fifty years ago, but has risen in incidence since, paralleling an increase in dairy consumption. Still the rate is only one tenth that in North America where interestingly we consume a lot more dairy products.

Is a connection to dairy scientifically plausible? After all, dairy consumption is not a new idea. Why hasn’t a connection between it and cancer been noted before? Perhaps it has to do with the fact that the milk we’re drinking today is different than that in the past. It has a higher level of hormones. This has absolutely nothing to do with bovine growth hormone which is being used in the States but not in Canada to increase milk production. That’s an irrelevant factor. But what is not irrelevant is that today cows are milked for about 300 days a year, and much of that time the cows are pregnant. Estrogen sulphate, the main estrogen in milk, is about thirty times as abundant in milk from pregnant cows than in milk from non-pregnant ones. And the amount of estrogen increases during the later stages of pregnancy. Progesterone also increases. A comparison of “modern milk” with milk in Mongolia, where cows are traditionally milked only five months of the year, and only during early pregnancy, reveals that the Mongolian milk has a lower hormone content. North American skim milk, though, is an exception. It has as low a hormone content as Mongolian milk since estrogen resides in fat. Another disturbing facet of the dairy-cancer connection is that rats fed milk develop more tumours than those fed water. None of this of course proves that dairy products are a factor in cancer but further investigation is warranted. In any case, you don’t have to go to Mongolia for your low-hormone milk, you can just drink skim milk. - Joe Schwarez PhD

Success is all about creating a Tribe

Success is all about creating a Tribe

Success is all about creating a Tribe

Human beings can’t help it; we need to belong.

One of the most powerful of our survival mechanisms is to be part of a tribe, to contribute to (and take from) a group of like-minded people. We are drawn to leaders and to their ideas, and we can’t resist the rush of belonging and thrill of the new... Being in a tribe is a big part of how we see ourselves....Tribes make our lives better. And leading a tribe is the best life of all... All that’s missing is you, and your vision and your passion! - TRIBES, by Seth Godin

All of us have the wonderful opportunity to help create our Avini Tribe. You only need to have a love for people and a desire to make something happen.

Success is all about creating a Tribe that people would love to belong to!

Eric Worre reveals the number one secret of Million Dollar earners and leaders... Relationships. Relationships are more important than your opportunity, product, compensation plan and skills. The truth is people care more about you caring about them than they do about the great opportunity that you have.

When people sense that they can trust you and believe in you, and have a relationship with you, then they’ll be open to looking at all your different opportunities, whether it’s to be a customer or to be a distributor. Relationships are the most important thing.

Eric tells us that the greatest networkers build relationships, not just with people in network marketing, but anyone they meet. They connect by asking questions, being interested, and being interested in them as a person. In conclusion, focus on building trust, building belief, being interested, listening, being a friend and good things will happen in your life and in your business.

This is a thought that helps get me into motion – What am I doing today that five years from now, my future self will look back at this day and will be glad that I did it? Consider what your actions today might have on the future world around you. Your present courage in this moment does matter! Everything we do affects others. None of us live only for ourselves. Other people’s future lives depend upon your present courage!

Here are some powerful thoughts by Steven Pressfield:
Remember our rule of thumb: The more scared we are of a work or calling, the more sure we can be that we have to do it!

The counterfeit innovator is wildly self-confident. The real one is scared to death!

Most of us have two lives. The life we live, and the unlived life within us. Between the two stands Resistance.

When it comes to making a positive difference in the world, change occurs only when someone, somewhere takes responsibility for changing himself or herself and takes action to help others change too. Without the actions of some person change doesn’t happen.

The Speed Of Trust

The Speed Of Trust

The Speed Of Trust

The Speed of Trust

In today’s world of overselling, hype, and fraud... at the highest levels of our society... nothing holds a candle to how vital it is for business owners & salespeople to build trust, mutual respect, and a sense of belonging with prospects, customers, and associates.

Most of us are in a business that has a stigma attached as it is. Some people do not believe that Network Marketing is something to be proud of... they feel it’s out of integrity.

Yet, you and I know that as long as we are compliant, open and honest, and show up authentically, there’s every reason to be proud, because with this model you have the ability to build a legacy business!

So to bridge the gap and shine light on our profession, in a way that is not pushy or defensive, check out the blueprint below:

These 8 Keys Could Ultimately Unlock Your Future

Trust

You wouldn’t trust a random stranger on the internet. Trust is most often earned, not dished out like candy on Halloween. Trust is earned based on what we do. You have to be willing to walk the talk, not just talk... talk... and talk. You must become predictable and believable when promoting your business. They need to believe you, so you can earn their trust.

Predictability

Others must learn, based on what we say and do, that we are consistent and dependable. For example, doing what we say we will do. Early in a relationship, this can be as simple as showing up or calling at the time that you said you would or following through completely on locating an answer to a question. As people feel they know who we are and what we stand for, they will not question if we are acting in alignment with who we have shown them we are. This is called having integrity, and it creates trust.

Believability

This means that people tend to believe what we say. In this sense, it is sometimes not the best idea to tell the whole truth. Perhaps you truly earn $20,000 a month part-time and maybe it would continue to flow whether you worked it or not, making it worth $4 to $5 million. However, if you are telling this truth to the average human, they cannot even fathom it... and that’s typically caused by ego and results in loss of trust. People need to be able to believe what you say, both in its content and most importantly, the way you say it. Sincerity can be faked. Authenticity cannot.

Authenticity

This is the real you. All of you: the good, the bad and the ugly. When you have the courage to show people more than the highlight reel, like glimpses of the fact that you are also a human, that’s when they are getting the real you. You aren’t ever going to be perfect, but people believe in the authenticity and humanity of others. Give them the whole you and nothing else, that creates loyalty.

Admiration

Accomplishments take time. What you have the ability to do now to be admired, depends on who you are for others. What I mean by this is what you contribute to the people who may admire you. The greatest tool to help you with that is simply and truly listening.

Listening

This is an extraordinary gift that can be practiced by all of us, all of the time. It is such a unique gift to others that when we do listen, they feel they belong, and like they matter to you. Most people are blown away by the impact it had on them, but you may not even realize what you did to have such an impact. Listening at this level has little to do with understanding the content of what someone says, although their name is worth remembering the first time they say it. Listening in this sense is about hearing the source of their comments – hearing the emotion behind their conversation and the intent behind what they are telling you.

Respect

Respect flows with gaining trust and admiration. And the value of respect in this business is that people tend to follow those whom they respect. Trust alone is often not enough, nor is admiration. But with respect, people will often buy what you are selling and go where you are going. On top of trust and admiration, you can gain respect with character. Having character in the eyes of others means they are clear about what your highest values are and understand that you honor those values. Even people whose values we do not share have character. We may (if we embrace diversity) respect them, but choose not to follow them.

Courage

Courage means to see danger and act anyway (assuming it is in your best interest). Courage is sourced in your motivation, and therefore is in such short supply, that anyone seen as having courage is highly respected. Courage, for example, to tell the truth responsibly; to talk to people you would not ordinarily talk to; to speak to groups; to make and honor commitments; and to ask others to hold you accountable. In the Network Marketing profession, we are charged with the opportunity to sell products through a channel that is not always the norm for customers, and to sell them on an income opportunity, using a concept most are not looking for. It is not easy and it will not be done on your behalf without you having the trust, admiration, and respect of those whom you need to build it with.

Success comes in our business, not to you, but through you, based on who you can become for yourself – and for others.

Everything you’ve just read is essential to creating a legacy business.

Not everyone can handle my style of coaching. I speak the truth. But if you are ready for the truth and want to learn more about my momentum building formula click here. The investment is less than $30 to learn an ethical and authentic strategy, that embodies all 8 keys and most importantly, it is duplicatable!

Fiber Fueled

Diet and lifestyle are at the root of all health and disease. Damage to the gut microbiome is a chief characteristic of most of the modern diseases.

The engine that drives human health isn’t even human! You’ve got friends in low places – trillions of them! Your gut microbiome is just as much of an ecosystem as the Amazon rainforest. Biodiversity is critically important to an ecosystem. When things are working the way they’re supposed to, we have a diverse and abundant community of microbes living in harmony in our colon. The colon is healthy and strong with an intact barrier of cells to keep everything in its rightful place, and our microbiota plays its natural role as the workhorses of human health.

They are not passive observers. They are what you eat! Our food is also their food. Every single bite flows downstream to your gut microbes. Each dietary choice you make will empower a specific group of microbes, while others will languish. If you permanently remove a food group, the microbes that thrive on that food will starve into extinction.

The healthy bacteria will reward us by molding our food into something that reduces inflammation and promotes health and balance. But the opposite can also be true. Unhealthy food feeds unhealthy microbes, and they punish us by creating compounds that inflame our body.

We use the term dysbiosis to refer to the loss of harmony and balance within the gut. Damage or microbial disruption causes you to have a higher proportion of inflammatory microbes. The good stuff falls by the wayside, making more room for the not so good stuff to flood your gut.

This is problematic, because now the colon wall is no longer protected by a healthy community of anti-inflammatory which increases intestinal permeability – some call this leaky gut – this leads to the spillage of bacterial endotoxins into the bloodstream. The bacterial endotoxins jump on the vascular superhighway throughout the body, and wherever it goes it sets a fire of inflammation. This can be a smoldering low-grade inflammation all the way up to life-threatening sepsis, shock, and multi-organ failure.

Bacterial endotoxins have been linked to a myriad of diseases including autoimmunity, obesity, coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, type two diabetes, Alzheimer’s, hepatitis, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and osteoarthritis...

60% of the weight of your stool is actually bacteria! Both good and bad.

When we properly nourish our gut microbiota, we are rewarded with microbes that extract everything that we need from our food, and nothing that we don’t...

Everything that we do as humans involves our microbiota one way or another, even the way we love one another. Every time we kiss, we exchange 80 million microbes with our partner, and vice versa.

Brain health starts in the gut, and that’s because they are in constant communication with each other. Literally right this second, there are over 500 million nerves in your intestines sending feedback to your brain through the vegus nerve. That’s five times more nerves than you’ll find in your spinal cord!

Gut microbes can communicate with our brain using the immune system and through the release of neurotransmitters, hormones, and signaling molecules. Neurotransmitters like serotonin and dopamine play a powerful role in our mood, energy levels, motivation, and our sense of reward. Your gut produces more than 30 neurotransmitters. Gut microbes both produce and respond to neurohormones like serotonin, dopamine, GABA, and norepinephrine. In fact, 90% of serotonin and 50% of dopamine are produced in the gut.

Short Chain Fatty Acids: All roads point to SCFAs for human health. They are the dominant driver of gut health and offer many benefits throughout the body. Healthy bacteria can’t survive without fiber. Studies have shown that fiber consumption increases the growth of healthy bacteria species.

Fiber is feeding the healthy microbes and they are multiplying. These reinvigorated microbes release SCFA’s from fiber to heal the colon. They make the colon more acidic which prevents the growth of inflammatory and pathogenic bacteria. They directly suppress many dangerous strains. A positive health momentum is created when you regularly expose them to good fiber in your diet; they will adapt to that and get really good at extracting SCFAs for you.

But the flipside is also true: a diet lacking in fiber will drain your gut of its fiber-extracting capabilities and make it less capable of getting postbiotics from your food. 97% of us aren’t even getting the minimal recommendation for fiber!

The main source of energy for our gut lining are SCFAs and fully 10% of our total body daily caloric requirements are met by fiber derived SCFAs!

This blood gut barrier is meant for protection, but holes can occur in the wall allowing bacteria, antigens, and toxic substances like bacterial endotoxins to get past the intestinal wall, activating the immune system. This increased intestinal permeability or leaky gut happens when tight junction proteins that are meant to keep cells connected to one another have been broken, thereby creating gaps between the cells. Good news: SCFA butyrate repairs leaky gut by increasing the expression of tight junction proteins and has been shown to decrease endotoxin release.

I’ve heard people say that your genes load the gun, and your lifestyle pulls the trigger. If that’s the case, then SCFAs disarm the gun and take it out of your hand. SCFAs make immune cells more tolerant to gut bacteria and reduce gut inflammatory markers.

SCFAs reverse dysbiosis, strengthen the gut microbiome, optimize the immune system, and regulate appetite and metabolism... SCFAs also cross the blood brain barrier and continue to work their magic. They connect the gut microbiome to the cerebral function. These effects are powerful. Many people with leaky gut also complain of brain fog. CFA butyrate has demonstrated a profound effect on improving learning and memory. Positive results are demonstrated in models of Alzheimer’s, heavy-metal toxicity, traumatic brain injury, and even neurologic infections. laboratory studies suggest that SCFA’s interfere with the formation amyloid plaque that’s characteristic of a deteriorating brain

Laboratory studies also show that butyrate protects the brain in models of Parkinson’s disease. This is quite interesting when you consider that human studies have found that patients with Parkinson’s disease have lower levels of the bacteria that produce SCFAs and, therefore lower levels of SCFAs in their stool. Parkinson’s disease patients characteristically have digestive issues, with constipation being the most common among them.

Children on a high-fiber diet demonstrate better cognitive control (multitasking, working memory, and maintaining focus) than children who eat a lower-fiber diet. So SCFAs may help ADHD. “I’d far rather kids eat a salad than take Ritalin!”

The above are some of my notes from: Fiber Fueled, Will Bulsiewicz, MD, MSCI ~Dave Johnson

Can the severity of Covid-19 symptoms have a correlation with the gut microbiome?

Can the severity of Covid-19 symptoms have a correlation with the gut microbiome?

Can the severity of Covid-19 symptoms have a correlation with the gut microbiome?

The severity of Covid-19 symptoms in patients infected with the new SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus can be predicted based on the microbes they carry in their intestines, a new study has shown1. This means that considering the makeup of a person’s microbial community, known as their microbiome, alongside other relevant clinical data such as their past medical history and age, could be a powerful tool for triaging Covid-19 cases.

see: Gut Microbes Predict Covid Severity;

You will find a COVID / Biome video interview in a thumbnail when you scroll down this excellent biome article: Weight Loss Biome Connection

Dysbiosis is a modern-day problem that emerged when scientists discovered the astounding variety of microbes living on and in the human body. For the most part, these single-celled organisms are harmless (some are even good), and they live in symbiosis with you, the host. But microbes are sensitive little creatures, and their harmonious communities can be easily knocked off balance. This makes it easier for less friendly bugs to take over and do whatever suits them best — which is not always what your body needs. This is the simplified definition of dysbiosis.

The leading causes of death and disease have a strong association with lifestyle choices. The book, Never Be Sick Again states that: There are not thousands of different diseases, All disease is the result of malfunctioning cells. Put simply, if the cells that make up your body are healthy, then you are healthy. Take care of your cells by providing them with all the nutrients they need, keep them free of injurious toxins, and disease will not happen...If your cells are healthy, your body will not become sick. If your cells do not receive what they need or if they are damaged or poisoned, they will stop working right and you will become sick.

May You Never Know What You Are Preventing

An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. The best way to treat a problem is to never get it in the first place. I believe there are ways to harness and optimize the amazing healing power of your own body. If you are facing something that can have life or death consequences, it makes total sense that you want to have everything possible be in your favor, and you want to definitely seek professional help. Don’t try to fix hard things by yourself!

I have an excellent book titled Beating Cancer with Nutrition. There is an insightful quote from this book: Early research indicated that once cancer has been upregulated, or “the lion is out of the cage”. Then no amount of detoxification is going to matter. Newer evidence says otherwise. Cancer growth can be both slowed and even reversed, under the right conditions. According to the National Cancer Institute, there are 7 million Americans alive today who have lived 5 or more years after their cancer diagnosis. Cancer is reversible. If toxins caused the problem, then detoxification is the solution. Pg. 47

Mad As A Hatter

The Mad Hatter!

Mad As A Hatter!

The Mad Hatter!

Mad as a Hatter was a common expression in the 1800s. Nearly everyone wore hats in those days, and it was found that adding a mercury compound to the process produced superior felt hats. Working in the mercury laden environment produced unfortunate effects for the hat makers. They exhibited many erratic and flamboyant behaviors. The significant neurological damage included tremors, excessive drooling, slurred speech, memory loss and severe paranoia. Thus came the saying: Mad as a Hatter

Today we are assaulted with hundreds of heavy metals and toxins that are creating a serious burden for our bodies; producing unhealthy consequences for us. According to the Environmental Protection Agency, we are exposed to more than 70,000 different toxins EVERY DAY! Heavy metals such as lead, cadmium, mercury, and arsenic, along with a myriad of toxins are in the air we breathe, the food we eat, and practically every personal care or cleaning product we use.

All of these toxins are difficult for our bodies to remove, often they become sequestered or stored in our body fat. The burden of this on our bodies keeps adding up. The implications of all this can be disastrous. Simply type into your browser any bad health condition that you can think of, then add the words ‘heavy metals’ along with it, and you will discover an alarming correlation. If toxicity is a leading contributor to health problems, it would seem that detoxification should be part of the solution or even prevention.

Our Zeolite is a uniquely micronized and activated natural zeolite formula designed to systematically remove heavy metals and other toxins safely and effectively from the body. Our product is formulated using clinoptilolite, a Zeolite that has been proven safe for long term use and is the subject of more than 14 clinical studies. Our product is a natural, organic solution to take out the bad, and replenish the good. It is like taking a shower on the inside of your body.

Ben Greenfield wrote a book with a great title: Boundless: Upgrade Your Brain, Optimize Your Body & Defy Aging. His most potent tip for increasing your energy vibration and the vibrations of all people around you is to...identify your purpose in life and enable yourself to achieve that unique purpose to the very best of your ability, all while loving God and loving others as fully as possible with that purpose.

Success is all about adding value to other people, and more success is making a bigger difference with more people. God desires that our lives attain their greatest significance. Much of the good in this world is done person-to-person, that’s YOU and me! John Maxwell said, My purpose is to bring joy, compassion, happiness and freedom to people in the world and experience the same for myself while doing it...Success is knowing my purpose in life. Growing to my maximum potential. Sowing seeds that benefit others.

You gotta do something!

If you have read this far...I commend you!!! Strive to live in an environment that constantly nudges you into activity. "If you want to do something big, you’ve got to be part of something you are excited about and you believe in, something worthwhile….Most people don’t give themselves enough time. You’ve gotta work hard, not for a few weeks or a few months, but for a few years. It takes three to five years to establish yourself in business. The first two years of any business are nothing but survival time. Even after you’re doing well, you’ve got to keep working hard if you want to get better and keep your business growing and developing until you make it big." -Art Williams

People with a strong sense of purpose and can articulate it live about 7 years longer than people who don’t! Have you written out a Purpose Statement or Affirmation? Why not go BIG! Let me share mine:
